    Hey Ben,

Nothing on this blog but photos of the US and a monkey.

Could you please do a little more or have we missed something?

    Love,
    Uncle Ben

    1. Hey Uncle Ben,

I’m on it. The internet is spotty, and the peace corps keeps us constantly occupied. Not to mention, I just got my working camera back. But the post goes up today with all hope.

    Hi Ben,

This is a great blog on your (mis)adventures. You look very healthy and happy, and making the most of your time there. It seems we have all four corners of the globe covered, just with family members! Keep writing. I think its cool that you’re running there. You will really get to know the neighbors and countryside that way!
Stay safe and God’s blessings to you.
    Love, Us

    1. Hi Aunt Kathy and Uncle Jim!

Yes, we are doing a fine job as a family reaching out around the world; it’s very exciting. In addition to exercise, that’s why I like the runs. Meeting people and getting a sense of the community. Also, there’s a life to Moldova at 5 am, crack of dawn, that I would miss otherwise. Also, it’s not 101 degrees that early!

I am hoping to get another post up today on the last two weeks, and I’ve got some more exciting future events to report (like a speech at the US Embassy in Russian tomorrow!), so check back again soon! Thank you for your wishes. I know that I am not alone here — things are going too well for me to take all the credit :)!

      Love, Ben

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEN. TWENTY-FOUR IS A GREAT AGE. LAST NIGHT WE ALL GATHERED AROUND JOHN’S COMPUTER TO WATCH YOUR TALK. YOU LOOKED AND SOUNDED VERY RUSSIAN!!!! CONGRATULATIONS FOR BEING CHOSEN TO DO THAT.
    LOVE US

    1. Thanks Aunt Kathy, Uncle Jim! I am happily twenty four – though I think 25 will feel a little more momentous. I hope you guys enjoyed what you saw. Say hello to Dan for me, would you? Love, Ben
